  • The assigned editor evaluates the manuscript’s:

3. Selection of Reviewers

  • The assigned editor selects at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant field.
  • Reviewers are chosen based on:

4. Peer Review Process

7. Ethical Considerations

  • Manuscripts suspected of:

      will be rejected immediately, and appropriate action will be taken.
  • Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest that may affect their research.
  • Reviewers must maintain confidentiality and disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

8. Appeals and Complaints

  • Authors may appeal an editorial decision by submitting a formal request with justifications.
  • Appeals are reviewed by the Editorial Board, whose decision is final.
  • Any ethical concerns or complaints should be directed to the Editor-in-Chief for appropriate resolution.
